What is the burn time of your candles?
Our standard 170ml candles have a burn time of approximately 40-50 hours, while our larger 500ml three-wick candles last for up to 80 hours when cared for correctly.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Earl of East products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We use high-quality soy wax and botanical oils to ensure a clean, ethical burn.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of £4.95 for UK orders under £50, and complimentary shipping for all UK orders over £50. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer candle refills or recycling?
We encourage repurposing our glass jars as planters or storage. Currently, we offer a refill service at our London studio locations for local customers.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please email our support team with a photo of the damage within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
